How far behind is too far behind?
There’s no such thing. We’ve worked on files that were months and years overdue. The free assessment will tell you exactly what’s involved.
How long does a Xero clean-up take?
It depends on how many months are outstanding and how complete your records are. Your quote will include a realistic timeframe.
What does catch-up bookkeeping cost?
Clean-ups are quoted as a fixed-scope project after the free assessment, so the price reflects your actual file. You’ll know the cost up front.
Will you judge the state of my file?
No. Messy files are the reason this service exists. We’re only interested in getting yours fixed.
What do you need from me to get started?
Access to your Xero file, bank statements for the outstanding period, and whatever bills, invoices and receipts you have. If anything is missing, we’ll list it as part of the review.
Can you fix duplicated or miscoded transactions?
Yes. Correcting duplicated entries, miscoded transactions and untidy account structures is standard clean-up work.
What happens after the clean-up?
You’ll get a written summary of what was fixed and recommendations to stay on top of things. Some clients take it from there, and many move to ongoing bookkeeping support. Both are fine.
Can you help if I've missed BAS lodgements?
We assist in preparing the BAS information for outstanding periods, which is then reviewed and lodged by BAS Advisory Group Pty Ltd (registered BAS agent no. 26328712) under our supervised arrangement.
