Sara has lived in Lismore for over 15 years, having moved to the area from rural New South Wales to complete a Bachelor of Business at Southern Cross University (2013). She went on to complete a Diploma in Accounting (2017) and has spent years working directly with small local businesses.
That experience is the difference. Sara has done the books, the payroll and the paperwork inside businesses a lot like yours, and Hayes Business Support Services grew out of that work: local, practical support so owners can focus on their business.
Qualified and accountable
Sara is a Member in Practice of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (membership no. 0524166) and an Associate Member of CPA Australia. Both memberships carry professional standards and ongoing education requirements.
For BAS work, Sara operates under a supervised arrangement: she assists in preparing your BAS information, which is then reviewed and lodged by BAS Advisory Group Pty Ltd, a registered BAS agent (no. 26328712). That means every lodgement has a registered agent’s review behind it.
How we work
In person around Lismore and the Northern Rivers, or fully remote for clients further afield. Some clients like regular on-site visits; others run everything through Xero, phone and email. Both work, and it’s your call.
